This is one of Hilton Head’s most popular beach communities. It’s located off of Pope avenue between the Sea Pines Plantation and the Shipyard Beach club. North Forest Beach and South Forest Beach are intersected by Coligny Plaza. Coligny is generally regarded as the “Downtown” of Hilton Head. . The town has will be opening its new Coligny Beach Park for in the spring of 2020. The park will include a playground, the Sandbox children’s museum, a discovery trail and a grassy area to be used for outdoor events and concerts.
